Born and raised in Manatee County, Florida, Bryan has always been deeply committed to giving back. He serves as a board member for the Early Learning Coalition and is passionate about supporting the youth of his community through donations and mentorship.
For over 23 years, Bryan Rench has been the driving force behind Rench’s Cooling & Heating, building a business rooted in quality, integrity, and community commitment. His leadership has shaped the company into a trusted name in HVAC services, serving Manatee County with excellence.
Beyond his professional success, Bryan’s greatest pride is his family. He has raised two remarkable children, Makenzi and Devin. Makenzi is pursuing her dream of becoming a dentist at the University of Florida Dental School, while Devin is eagerly following in his father’s footsteps, managing the duct cleaning division and helping lead the company into the future.

When he’s not leading Rench’s Cooling & Heating, Bryan Rench finds joy in life’s greatest passions. A devoted Gator football and basketball fan, he never misses a chance to cheer on his team. He also loves the thrill of F1 racing, the adventure of hunting and fishing, and most importantly, spending quality time with his children, Makenzi and Devin. Whether outdoors or enjoying a game, Bryan embraces every moment with the same dedication and enthusiasm that define his work and family life.
Introducing Robby, integral member of the Rench's Cooling and Heating family. Robby, a retired law enforcement detective with two decades of service at the Manatee County Sheriff's Office, joins the company with a wealth of experience and a passion for innovation.
Bryan's brother, Robby, has been enlisted to help lead the company into the future with fresh and innovative ideas. Meanwhile Holly, his wife, is a successful entrepreneur in her own right, owning and operating the esteemed wedding venue, The Venue at Hidden Acres, in Palmetto. Together, they are proud parents to three lovely girls: Mallory, Natalie, and Abby. In their leisure time, the Stevensons find joy in family activities on their farm and share a deep-rooted love for their beloved Florida Gators.
For 23 years, Robby Stevenson stood by his brother, supporting Rench’s Cooling & Heating while serving at the Sheriff’s Office. When the opportunity arose to officially join the family business, there was no hesitation—Robby thrives on challenges and the chance to build something great. His experience as a detective sharpened his ability to think outside the box, a skill he now brings into the HVAC industry. With a fresh perspective and a problem-solving mindset, Robby is helping drive the company forward while staying true to its legacy of quality and integrity.
